Leonardo - One of the main characters. He is shown as the oldest of the entire Turtle Four. Usually wears a blue bandana and is armed with two katanas. He is characterized by leadership and discipline. He got his name in honor of the Renaissance artist - Leonardo da Vinci.
Michelangelo - This is a very spontaneous Ninja Turtle, "the star of the party." He always tries to ease the situation in which the Turtles find themselves, dropping barbed remarks and fooling around. He himself calls the life of a ninja "fantastic!" But when it comes to business, he can take care of himself.
Raphael - One of the Ninja Turtles, often considered the second oldest. His bandana is red, and he owns a pair of sais. Raphael is usually quite aggressive, sullen, stubborn and hot-tempered. He is named after Raphael Sanzio, a Renaissance artist. Raphael is always eager to get ahead and hates waiting.
Donatello - One of the four heroes of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book series and other media. He wears a purple bandana. His personal weapon is a Bo staff. He is always portrayed as the smartest and most knowledgeable of the four, often speaking in scientific terminology, as he has a natural aptitude for science and technical talent. He is the third eldest brother, and was named after the sculptor Donatello.

Processing Time: We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday & Saturday, Friday is our off day & Sunday is off day for courier partners, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your label is created.

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Advance Delivery Charges: For all COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, we require advance delivery charges to process your order.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be sent to the email address used for your purchase as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Shipping Zone: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the Pakistan. We unfortunately cannot ship to some areas of Balochistan at this time.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unused items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (i.e. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
