At Madina Gift, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We accept several payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders 

تمام کیش آن ڈیلیوری آرڈرز کے لیے ڈیلیوری چارجز کی پیشگی ادائیگی ضروری ہے، باقی رقم آسانی سے ڈیلیوری کے وقت ادا کریں۔ بغیر ایڈوانس چارجز کے آرڈر نہیں بھیجا جاسکتا، شکریہ۔

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note that advance payment of delivery charges is mandatory. We only process orders once these charges are received. You can conveniently pay the delivery charges via Habib Bank Limited - HBL according to your chosen delivery option. The remaining order amount will be paid by you at your doorstep upon delivery.

After making the payment, please share a screenshot of the payment order details on WhatsApp.

Please Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

ڈیلوری چارجز ناقبل واپسی ہیں اگر آپکا آرڈر بھیجا جاچکا ہے۔ آپسے درخواست ہے کہ اپنا درست پتہ لکھیں یا ٹی سی ایس  سے خود وصول کرنے کیلیے اپنے پتے میں واضح درج کریں بصورتِ دیگر ہم ذمہ دار نہ ہونگے۔

Order Processing & Delivery Times:

Orders placed on ٖFriday or Sunday or during Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Our standard delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days (excluding Friday & Sunday). However, during peak shopping seasons and major sales events, please anticipate that delivery times may extend up to 7 working days.

Delivery Information:

When placing your order, you'll be prompted to provide your residence or office address. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address at least twice.
