Shipping
Processing Time: We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday & Saturday, Friday is our off day & Sunday is off day for courier partners, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your label is created.
Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Advance Delivery Charges: For all COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, we require advance delivery charges to process your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be sent to the email address used for your purchase as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Shipping Zone: We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the Pakistan. We unfortunately cannot ship to some areas of Balochistan at this time.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unused items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (i.e. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
